Gillian Warson – Collaboration and Communications
After 30 years working in a musical and academic environment, Gillian decided to put her transferable skills to good use in the voluntary sector. Gillian will be working with our groups and users to set up and manage networks and forums. She will be encouraging the sector to respond to opportunities using all the data available.
Gillian’s time is divided between the offices at OCVA and attending meetings and forums.
What drew me to OCVA
It’s great to be involved with an organisation which has the county’s voluntary sector at its heart.
Best OCVA moment
It’s very exiting to be welcomed to a warm and enthusiastic team.
Outside of work
Here are two of things that make Gillian happy outside work:
- Listening to, or joining in with, any live music from folk to classical to jazz.
- Anything that involves food – especially if family and friends are there to share and enjoy.
