Wantage Neighbourhood Plan submission

Wantage Neighbourhood Plan submission

After several months of engagement with their local community, Wantage Town Council have developed and submitted the Wantage Neighbourhood Plan.  We are opening a six week publication period to enable you to comment on the submitted proposals.  To view details of the documents that have been submitted please visit http://www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk/services-and-advice/planning-and-building/planning-policy/neighbourhood-plans/wantage-neighbourhood- .
Hard copies of the document are available at the district council offices and Wantage Library during normal opening times.

The publication period runs from Friday 22nd January to Friday 4th March 2016, closing at 5.00pm. This is a six week publication period.  All comments received as part of this publication will be submitted to the examiner as part of the examination process. You could send your comments through our online consultation system

Alternatively you can send in your comments via email to planning.policy@whitehorsedc.gov.uk or by post to Planning Policy, Vale of White Horse district council 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, OX14 4SB. We encourage those responding to use the prescribed representations form, which is available on our website and at locations identified for hard copy inspection. Please remember that the examiner is only testing whether the plan meets the basic conditions and other relevant legal requirements set out in the Localism Act.    Please be aware that all comments that we receive will be publicly available and will be included on our website.

If you would like to be notified about our decision whether to ‘make’ the neighbourhood plan following examination, please also include this in your comments.
