Job summary: MLMC is looking for a new full time member of staff. The successful applicant will coordinate the MLMC training, easy read translation and consultancy operation (Power up) ensuring the maximisation of fee earning opportunities. Growing the existing business, identifying consultancy opportunities, and designing training courses will be crucial elements of this role. This role calls for an individual who not only shows a passion for empowering, working with, and raising the voices of people with learning disabilities but also thrives on achieving financial targets.
We need a self-starter who enjoys a challenge, can hit the ground running and is able to work with minimal supervision.
The MLMC trustees have a track record of appropriately rewarding high achieving staff.
