Earth Trust is recruiting a full-time Volunteering Development Manager to help take volunteering with Earth Trust and engagement with our objectives to the next level. We are looking for a first-class, experienced volunteering manager who will help us develop volunteering at Earth Trust to deliver our new Volunteering Development Strategy.
You will help shape and implement Earth Trust’s work with volunteers, empowering and enabling individuals, and ensuring they are at the heart of our work. Through development of networks and partnerships you will expand on volunteering with Earth Trust, look to establish a countywide volunteering award, and develop a community engagement project aimed at providing more opportunities for people to volunteer to support the environment and engagement with it.
