Being active, and / or involved in sport, is a fantastic way of developing independence, resilience, confidence and social skills within young people, as well as the physical and mental health benefits. It could also help your organisation engage with a group who have otherwise been resistant.
Oxfordshire Sport & Physical Activity have Sportivate funding available to fully fund 6 to 8 week blocks of activity sessions for 11-25 year olds who are least active, based on the requirements of the young people.
