Job summary: Donnington Doorstep Family Centre is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager for our Step Out project.
Based in East Oxford, Donnington Doorstep has been running for over 32 years. A registered charitable company governed by a Board of Trustees we support local families with universal and targeted work. The step out project is an innovative project providing Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) support services in Oxfordshire. It is the lead third sector CSE agency in Oxfordshire delivering effective services for children and young people; supporting parents and professionals and contributing to the strategic development of CSE good practice at all levels. Step Out delivers support to victims of CSE, coordinates our programme of preventative work, and delivers training to professionals.
We are looking to appoint an organised, passionate and dynamic new Project Manager to take this project into its next exciting phase. If you have experience in multi-agency working, strategic thinking, casework supervision and staff management, this could be the role for you.
This will be a demanding but hugely rewarding post. Your summarised responsibilities will be:
• To provide leadership and operational and financial management of the project.
• To monitor, review and report on performance and quality of service delivery.
• To recommend and implement change which improves the service, leading on to development of models of good practice to be communicated at a national level.
• To actively strengthen the project’s profile by taking a lead in the active engagement of partner organisations and the community.
