Sales Associate – Charity Shop
(35 hours per week fixed term for 1 year to cover maternity leave days will include weekends and bank holidays when required)

As well as maximising sales and profit in this busy store, you’ll ensure that we achieve the very highest standards of presentation and customer service. Your aim will be to make your store a ‘must visit’ in your local area as you create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers, staff and volunteers alike.
As a Sales Associate you will help the manager with all aspects of running a busy shop. Duties will include stock sorting and preparation, till work, customer service, key holder responsibility and working closely with volunteers. A flexible approach to hours worked is essential as times may vary from week to week. Retail experience is a must with a good understanding of fashion trends, you’ve the creativity and resourcefulness to generate customer and donor loyalty. You should also be well-organised and self-motivated with outstanding communication and administrative skills along with energy and enthusiasm for a varied and fast environment.
