(35 hours per week fixed term for 1 year to cover maternity leave days will include weekends and bank holidays when required)

Your aim will be to make your store a ‘must visit’ in your local area as you create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers, staff and volunteers alike.

A flexible approach to hours worked is essential as times may vary from week to week. An experienced retailer with a good understanding of fashion trends, you’ve the creativity and resourcefulness to generate customer and donor loyalty. You should also be well-organised and self-motivated with outstanding communication and administrative skills. This will all be matched by your ability to manage, lead and nurture staff.
