Training Course of the Month for January

Ethical Leadership and Management

Designed to help build confidence and an understanding of the roles, this course will look at the ethics of leadership and management. The different approaches to leading and managing a team will be examined along with the impact this can have on an organisation; and how the approaches might be viewed by various stakeholders. The application of ethics to leadership and management in order to build trust and get the best out of staff and volunteers will also be considered. Finally, ways to stay organised and healthy in the face of a busy work load will be explored.
Trainer Details
David Green is the director of Green Pepper Consulting, a social enterprise providing support on social media, employment relations, leadership and management skills. He has 25 years of experience on employment relations issues and writing and delivering courses for both commercial and voluntary sector workers. He has sound knowledge of UK employment law and has written booklets on dealing with grievance and disciplinary problems, workplace well-being and a range of employment relations on issues from employment contracts to using social media safely.
