Learning for Wellbeing
* Do you lack confidence? Would you like to boost your self-esteem?
* Would you like to take part in a research project looking at the impact of learning on mental health?
Our FREE course could help to improve your mental health & wellbeing:
Develop your confidence & self-esteem through event planning & teamwork
Sometimes we become unsure of ourselves in a social setting. In a friendly and relaxed environment, this short course intends to look at your strengths and weaknesses as a fundamental resource, then combine them with others’ unique resources to plan, organize and deliver a small event. The process of organizing an event can be challenging but the sense of achieving this through team work is very rewarding indeed and helps to build confidence and self-esteem. Come along and join us.
Tuesday 18/04 – 30/05 (one introductory session plus 6 further sessions) 1.30 – 4.00pm
