This half day course focusses on how to create a report, the key structures and elements to include and how to convey the correct message. Minute taking is also covered and concentrates on how to capture key points and notes to enable a smooth write-up of events.

This half day course covers all the key aspects that trustees and treasurers are responsible for in their role for an organisation including record keeping, accounts and governance. The session is led by Rachel Eden (a qualified management accountant) who will guide delegates through safeguarding their organisation’s assets, ensuring they are used effectively.
