v Would you like to take part in a research project looking at the impact of learning on mental health?

Our FREE course could help to improve your mental health & wellbeing:

Yoga for wellbeing

The practice of yoga is well known for lifting your mood, reducing stress levels and improving wellbeing.  This short course will be largely based on vinyasa flow yoga but will draw on other forms of yoga too as appropriate for the group.  In a friendly and relaxed environment, we will share experiences and strategies to help you to cope better and we will put these strategies into practice together. Come along and join us.
