Aesop seeks a Personal Assistant (12 month fixed term contract) for a growing and pioneering arts and health charity in West Oxfordshire.

This role has become available due to growth within the business and will ideally suit a candidate with proven administration and one to one support experience and who is able to work effectively with a wide range of people and has a high level of integrity and discretion. A demonstrable interest in the arts and/or health is also essential for this position.

Job location (usual place of work): Witney, Oxfordshire

Pay rate: The annual salary for this position will be up to £22,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

Job description: The main responsibilities will be to assist the Chief Executive and 3 senior team members and will require an autonomous individual who is comfortable making choices and decisions on their own.

Key Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally in the arts and/or health disciplines)
• Providing administrative support for a range of projects
• Taking minutes of meetings and ensuring completion of set actions.
• Scheduling appointments and events
• Managing travel arrangements
• Administrative support to the Head of Operations, Head of Programmes and Head of Public Engagement and
Communications
