Are you an inspiring woman with experience of working with volunteers and delivering training? We are recruiting an experienced Helpline & Training Co-ordinator to help develop OSARCC’s next stage of growth. This will involve expanding our helpline support services, and increasing the reach of our external training. You will have experience of delivering training and a firm understanding of managing volunteers. You will also have a good comprehension of issues relating to violence against women and girls, including sexual violence, and will be able to communicate effectively and sensitively to a range of audiences. You will have a strong commitment to working within a feminist collective ethos, in the violence against women and girls sector.
Empowerment Worker (Young women and girls project)
Band 5c £24,578 – £26,260 per annum, pro rata
18.5 hours per week, based in Oxford
Fixed term contract for 1 year with possibility of extension
Are you an inspiring woman with experience of working with girls and young women? We are recruiting an experienced Empowerment Worker to help develop OSARCC’s next stage of growth, expanding our Support, Empower, Educate (SEE) services to young women and girls aged 14 – 18, to enable us to increase the reach of our support, education, and preventative work. You will have experience of delivering outcomes based support, and working within an empowerment model to ensure young women and girls can access the support required. With experience of delivering face to face support services you will help us ensure that women and girls are engaged through the project development and that their voices directly inform service development. You will have a strong commitment to working within a feminist collective ethos, in the violence against women and girls sector. This post is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
SEE Project Coordinator (Young women and girls project)
Band 6c £28,618 – £30,300 per annum, pro rata
30 hours per week, based in Oxford

Are you an inspiring woman with experience of working with girls and young women? We are recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to help deliver OSARCC’s next stage of growth. This will involve expanding our support services to young women and girls aged 14 – 18, and increasing the reach of our education and preventative work. You will have experience of delivering outcomes based services, and managing complex projects. With experience of designing and delivering services you will help us ensure that women and girls are engaged throughout the project development. You will have a strong commitment to working within a feminist collective ethos, in the violence against women and girls sector. This post is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

We provide ongoing support, training, and development, 5 weeks’ annual leave a year (plus bank holidays) and flexible working arrangements.
