Job location (usual place of work): Oxfordshire

Pay rate: £33,244 to £35,911 rising one equivalent increment per year to £37,712 (pro rata).

Job description: The Operations Manager (Oxfordshire) will join the Connection Support senior team providing leadership for service delivery, management and development, mainly in Oxfordshire.

The Operations Manager (Oxfordshire) is responsible for Operational Lead for the range of services delivered in Oxfordshire and may be required to provide leadership in other areas at times.

The full time hours of work are 37.5 per week. There may be some flexibility for part time working of 4 or 4.5 days per week subject to negotiation. There will be some scope for home working subject to negotiation with the CEO.
