Role summary: The Hostel Support Services Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring that support staff and Team Leaders are supported and equipped to deliver effective Housing and Support services to all our residents at O’Hanlon House Hostel.
The post holder will demonstrate strong leadership and an ability to organise and motivate staff and will be an effective manager to their team.
Job location (usual place of work): O’Hanlon House, Luther Street
Pay rate: £30,000 – £33,000

Job description: This role calls for experience of leading and managing a team of staff within a complex service and of working within challenging environments.
You will need to work effectively as part of a team of managers, demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence, strong leadership and organisational skills.
You will have an understanding of homelessness, working with commissioners and a commitment to effect change.
