JOB VACANCY: OXPIP – Administrator (part-time)

Role summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join the OXPIP team as administrator of our day-to-day operational processes. This is a new role that will be key to ensuring the effective and efficient running of our charity. We are looking for someone with strong HR and ICT administration experience, who is also highly organised and efficient, with a professional and solution-focussed approach.​

OXPIP is at an exciting stage of its development and this role, part of a small team, offers an interesting and varied challenge, which will be very rewarding for the right candidate.

Job location (usual place of work): Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Pay rate: £21,450 to £24,000

Job description: The role will involve:

– Day-to-day management of all office systems, including casework processes
– Set-up and administration of HR systems, policies and records
– Data entry and support to OXPIP team with reporting
– Management of premises, equipment, office stock, ICT systems and resources
