Role summary: Part-time (0.6 FTE) Office Manager
SAPERE are looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our small and friendly team.
You will be responsible for running the SAPERE office, including health and safety and HR support for our CEO, as well as line management of the administrative team. You will also oversee SAPERE events, including conferences and training days.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent customer service and IT skills, who will be able to support our team. In return, we offer excellent working conditions, a supportive and friendly team ethos, a generous holiday entitlement and a workplace pension scheme.
This role is to cover a maternity leave and is available initially for 9 months, with a possible extension to 12 months. It is a 0.6 FTE role with a salary of £28,000 pro-rata.

1. Taking overall responsibility for office management, including recruitment, health and safety and HR support for CEO
2. Managing and coordinating events, including our annual conference and Trainers’ days
3. Ensuring the provision of reception duties and ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly.
4. Leading and managing the Administrative team.
