Role summary: Experience Manager required to manage the Enrych Assistant personal assistant (non-personal care) service in Oxfordshire. This is a full time role which will entail with with local Enrych teams, networking to develop and grow the service and managing the ongoing delivery of the service delivered through our Personal Assistant network.

Job description: Enrych is a national charity which provides support services for adults with disabilities enabling them to access activities and events in their local communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with local services to promote Enrych and the service, generate referrals and recruit and manage a network of Personal Assistants to deliver support. Ideally we are seeking someone who understands the needs of adults with disabilities, has experience of person-centred planning and working to support individuals to achieve outcomes. They will have excellent engagement, communication and organisational skills along with proven management experience and knowledge of local services for adults with disabilities.
