Oxfordshire County Council – Mental Health Services Survey

Oxfordshire County Council is currently asking people to take part in a survey they are running jointly with Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxfordshire’s Mental Health Partnership.

Your experience of using services within the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership

The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership was set up in consultation with people who experience mental illness and their families and carers. The Partnership has been around since October 2015 and services are designed to provide recovery and well-being support for adults who live with severe mental illness.

We are now seeking feedback on how the Partnership has progressed and want to hear the views of people who use these services through a survey we are running until 30 June. To take part go to: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/MentalHealthPartnershipExperiences/

If you would prefer to complete a paper copy of the survey, write to adults.strategy@oxfordshire.gov.uk with your name and address and we will send a copy to you in the post.
