Can you demonstrate an understanding of the principles and practice of supporting people into employment? Or are you someone who has experience of recruitment /supporting people into employment and feel that you could apply those skills within a mental health setting? Restore are recruiting for 2 posts in our coaching service. Both posts will work across South Oxfordshire. Job description:

Employment Coach (IPS) – 37.5 hours per week, £21,426pa
You will join the South Oxford Mental Healthcare NHS Trust IPS Team – employed by Restore, and embedded in locality Adult Mental Health Teams (AMHT) – to deliver the Individual Placement and Support employment model as part of the holistic recovery plan for mental health service users. Working directly with all relevant stakeholders: the service user, AMHT staff, consultant psychiatrists, partner agencies and employers – you will support the service users on your caseload to gain and retain paid employment.

Employment and Recovery Coach – 35 hours per week, £21,426pa (pro rata)
Based primarily at Restore’s Didcot Recovery Group, you will work with members and support them to gain and retain paid employment, secure volunteering positions or pursue further education. You will engage with local employers and partner agencies, the member and their carers, support workers and other care staff to achieve this.
