Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint a Training Facilitator to lead on internal and external training. This is an incredibly exciting time for OSARCC as we are piloting and opening new services, reaching more survivors of sexual violence and increasing our impact. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, motivated woman who has experience of developing and delivering in-house and external training She will have a commitment to ensuring that training is delivered within a feminist framework, in line with OSARCCs mission and core values.
Regular evening and weekend work will be required as will travel within Oxfordshire.
This role is subject to receiving Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks and to a six month probationary period. The post holder will be eligible for 28 days annual leave per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays and a 5% pension contribution.
