National Careers Service – Redeployment offer for local businesses and support for unemployed

The National Careers Service together with OxLEP have developed a Redeployment offer for local businesses please see the link for more information   https://www.adviza.org.uk/services/national-careers-service/regional-redeployment-service/  .

The National Careers Service has adapted its practices to be able to still provide support to people who have been made redundant or are in furlough.

  • Support you to create or refresh your CV
  • Identify suitable online training courses
  • Match you with current vacancies and help you to apply
  • Advice you of where the jobs are likely to be in the future
  • Resilience and motivation

Examples of how we can help if you are currently furloughed from work:

  • Help you to reflect on your career to date and where to take it next
  • Identify suitable training courses to advance your career
  • Look at courses of interest to keep you busy during furlough, ever wanted to learn a different language or new skill but just didn’t have the time?
  • Refresh your CV
  • Resilience and motivation
