Ways into Work is an employee-owned social enterprise with a clear mission: Changing Lives One Job at a Time. We are really excited to be working with Oxford Wood Recycling (OWR) and Oxfordshire Employment in this new partnership project providing supported employment for people with a disability or other barrier. Individually, we are very proud of the life-changing services we are providing, supporting hundreds of people across the South East to gain and maintain employment. Collectively, we are really looking forward to bringing together our shared expertise to provide an end to end employment support offer that we believe will be truly transformational. Job location (usual place of work): Abingdon

Pay rate: £20k -£27k

Pay is pro rata?: Yes

Job title: Senior Employment Coach

Job description: • To be a collaborative member of the immediate team and the partnership organisations (Oxford Wood Recycling (OWR); Oxfordshire Employment (OE) & Ways into Work CIC (WiW)), at all times modelling the shared values of the partners and operating in line with our collective mission.
• To provide job coaching, within a team supporting a caseload of clients who have disabilities or other barriers to gain and maintain employment, focusing on the more complex aspects of job coaching including line management of Employment Coach(es) (if applicable).
• To confidently use our IT systems, including client database and complete all relevant documentation, compliant with our policies.
