Farrell Renowden, Head of Cultural Partnerships and Helen Fountain, Age Friendly Creative Coordinator, are the core team, but an infrastructure across Age UK Oxfordshire, as well as the 7 cross-sector networks we manage, gives us a lot of reach and bags of potential to grow. We are a progressive team, and we pride ourselves in being generous partners to work with/ for; we are signed up to Oxfordshire Cultural Anti-Racism Manifesto and we champion the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strand of work for Age England Association.
