Move Together is a county wide partnership helping those whose health has been negatively affected by the pandemic, people who have been shielding and those who are living with a long-term health condition become more active to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Move Together is designed to take a personalised approach to help people move more to improve their physical and mental health, whether that’s stretching from their armchair, taking a brisk walk, having a 1-2-1 exercise session at home or hitting the gym- there will be something both face-to-face and virtually to offer all abilities.
More information can be found on the Move Together A5 Flyer , on the Move Together website https://www.getoxfordshireactive.org/move-together or by giving the Cherwell team a call on 01295 221575.
As part of the Move Together partnership, FREE training for those working in non-clinical settings is available. Training dates and further information on the training and how to book can be found on https://www.activeoxfordshire.org/training-for-healthcare-professi. The training is designed to help those working with the community to talk about physical activity.
