Role summary: We are looking for experienced and reliable healthcare workers to support us to roll out our new reablement service across the Cherwell area (Banbury, Bicester, Kidlington and surrounding villages). Working a mixture of early shifts (7am -3pm) and late shifts (3pm-10pm).

You will need hands on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

Supporting clients to regain their independence with tasks such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation, medication
Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the MDT updated on improvements in abilities allowing an ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
Building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and MDT’s
Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs
What you’ll get in return;

Fixed two weekly schedule so you can plan ahead for that all important work, life balance
£26,000 per year based on a 40 hour a week contract working a mixture of early and late shifts
Paid mileage between visits
No unpaid travel
Pension
