Supporting parents in a pandemic and beyond – a free interactive online workshop for practitioners and volunteers who work with parents and carers of children 3 years and under
Join researchers from the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes for an online workshop on infant and toddler development during the Covid-19 pandemic – and help to shape a resource pack to help empower parents to support their child’s development even further.
• Find out what the Social Distancing and Development Study team have learned about how what happens inside and outside the home really matters for early language, regulation and thinking skills development
• Hear what parents have said about what information and resources they need
• Share your own expertise and experiences during lockdown
Anyone who supports parents and carers with babies or toddlers in the UK is welcome to attend. Find out more and register for one of two workshops on Wednesday September 22nd at 4-6pm or Friday September 24th at 12-2pm at https://tinyurl.com/lockdownbabiespractitioners
