What can I expect from the peer to peer Group?
• Peer led – the structure and content of the sessions will be shaped according to the group’s priorities and interests
• Lots of discussion – plenty of opportunities to get to know each other, share learning, experiences and challenges, and find ways to work together and support each other
• Engaging learning content – delivered by organisations with experience of groundbreaking EDI work, including My Life My Choice
• Accessible – we want to make sure that this EDI peer to peer is inclusive, so please let us know how we can make the sessions work for you.
Who is it for?
It’s aimed at people who work in charities, social enterprises and purposeful businesses in Oxfordshire. If you’re committed to doing more in your organisation to further equality, diversity and inclusion, whether EDI is the main focus of your role, or it’s something you’re weaving into everything you do, then this is for you!
