One-Eighty is an award-winning, psychology-focused and evidence-based behavioural support charity working to support young people aged 4-18 to re-engage with education. Celebrating our 10th anniversary this year, we have supported over 4,000 young people, families and professionals through our one-to-one intensive interventions, preventative projects, training courses and conferences.
The role of Behaviour Support Professional will require you to participate in the design and delivery of interventions aimed to support young people to take their next steps towards re-engaging in education. Training will be provided to support you with the psychological aspects of the provision, but you will be expected to have experience of working with young people. You must be motivated to work with young people, especially those that sometimes appear distant or disinterested. You will demonstrate experiences of being a positive and persuasive presence in the lives of young people.
