Salary: £23,000-£25,000 pro-rata (experience dependent)
Contract: 1 year with scope to extend if successful achievement against targets
Reporting to: Development Manager
Hours: 22.5 hours
Location: Oxfordshire with travel to Buckinghamshire and Berkshire West, or another location as required

We are recruiting for an exciting role within One-Eighty’s Development Team and are looking for an experienced fundraising and communication specialist.
A demanding role with ambitious targets and plans, you will play a central part in ensuring we support more young people across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire West.
You will have knowledge of generating income from a variety of sources (Trusts and Foundations, Corporate, Community, appeals etc.) combined with experience of producing fundraising communications. We are particularly looking for someone who has a robust knowledge of using digital/ social media platforms, with an ability to produce effective content for posting and managing social media.
