One-Eighty is an award-winning, psychology-focused and evidence-based behavioural support charity working to support young people aged 4-18 to re-engage with education. To date, we have supported over 4,000 young people, families and professionals through our one-to-one intensive interventions, preventative projects, training courses and conferences.
The role of Intervention Specialist will require you to efficiently and confidently support the design and delivery of short-term and long-term interventions aimed to facilitate positive behavioural change in the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in Oxfordshire, and across neighbouring counties. Through experience and discussion in supervision, your role will require you to lead team members in creating, developing and managing interventions. You will receive training and supervision, alongside opportunities to practice leadership to support you with this aspect of the role.
