OCVA is delighted to play a role in supporting the campaign and we have organised the following events:
Trustees’ Coffee Meeting: Wed 03/11/2021 at 5-6pm via Zoom
This is an opportunity to network with other existing Trustees form Oxfordshire and tell us what support you need from us.

Trustee Recruitment Fair: Wed 10/11/2021 from 4-6pm
OCVA are holding a virtual Trustees Fair via Zoom on Wed 10th November from 4pm – 6pm. The idea is to match potential volunteers with Trustee / Director positions (for Not for Profit organisations).
- To attend as an individual looking to become a Trustee please complete this form. Or
2. To attend as a ‘not for profit’ looking for Trustees, please:
register on oxonvolunteers, and then upload your Trustee opportunity. The easiest way to do this is to login (once you have registered), select Opportunities / “CREATE QUICK OPP” . Under the category section, scroll down and make sure you select “Trustee”

Once you have completed the above, please email us and forward any additional information such as publicity material about your organisation, the roles your trustee’s carryout, relevant hyperlinks or social media content etc.
We will then email you the Zoom login details.
We require the above processes to be carried out because a) we need to do some basic due diligence b) so that we can do follow ups and promote the Trustee opportunity after the online fair.
Follow up 1-1 support sessions for groups looking for Trustees
We will then do follow up 1-1 sessions to support groups looking for Trustees on Thursday 18th November from 10 – 7pm. To attend please email vol@ocva.org.uk
