This is the first large meeting hosted by Oxford Neighbourhood and is a one-off FREE meeting at Oxford Town Hall. This talk is open to everyone, Neighbourhood Watch members and non-members, Oxford and Oxfordshire residents. It is focussed on avoiding scams that most us have been potential targets or sadly been taken in  by the scammers.
