Restore are recruiting for the post of Employment Specialist, which is a position embedded in the Early Intervention Service (EIS) of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. Full training will be given in the role. The Early Intervention Service is dedicated to the assessment and management of people who present with a first episode of psychosis. It aims to give people the best chance of recovery and to reduce the severity of any relapses. As an Employment Specialist you will deliver an employment focused service as an embedded worker in the Early Intervention Service. You will be based in Headington, Oxford as well as traveling extensively to meet and work with local employers and clients in the south of the county. You will support EIS patients who are looking for work or require additional input to retain their current employment. You will be employed by Restore, and line-managed by the Restore Coaching Coordinator. On a day-to-day operational level you will be supervised and supported by one of the IPS Team Leaders in the Trust.
