Eating well is one of the most important things we can do for our health, but for many people, access to affordable, nutritious food is limited. Barriers to accessing healthy food contribute towards health inequalities and can increase the likelihood of preventable illness.
Supporting healthy eating through Well Together
Food has always been an important part of community activities, and many groups provide and promote healthy and delicious food and snacks. Here are a few projects that Well Together has funded and supported.
