In three 60-minute sessions, held every two weeks — with the option to extend to six sessions if you would like additional support — you’ll have a safe, supportive space to explore one of the following topics, or a topic of your choice:

  • Gain clarity and make progress on a work project
  • Create simple, practical habits to support your wellbeing at work
  • Set boundaries that protect your energy
