Dedicated to empowering family carers of children and adults with learning disabilities, OxFSN equips families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to become stronger advocates for their loved ones.\nThis talk will spotlight Embolden, OxFSN’s four-year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. The Embolden project is to support families navigating the often-complex transition into adulthood and later life, with a particular focus on planning ahead and helping older carers prepare for the future.\nAs always, we will also make time to share news and updates, ask for ideas and advice, and share challenges and successes with others supporting over-18s in the community in Banbury and the surrounding area.
