This short course aims to give you strategies to develop your self-confidence and self-esteem. In a friendly and relaxed environment, you will explore why you may feel down or low confidence/low self-esteem. You will share experiences and strategies to help you cope better and you will put these strategies into practice. You will also look at the benefits of self reflection.

Who should attend?

The project is open to anyone aged 19+ in Oxfordshire who is experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.


This course will run over six weeks and be compromised of a two and a half hour session per week:

  • Wednesday 15th March 2017
  • Wednesday 22nd March 2017
  • Wednesday 29th March 2017


9.45am arrival for tea, coffee for a 10am start. The workshop will finish by 12.30pm.
