You will leave with the appropriate actions to take back control on your marketing techniques.

- Identify digital marketing aims for the organisation
- Create an initial audience persona for the organisation
- Consider how to engage with the audience persona on website, social networking, e-newsletters and other channels
- Understand the need for a content plan
- Start to measure results of any activity
- Have a set of action points to implement
Mary Thomas has been training and consulting with businesses of all sizes since 2009 in the uses and implementation of social media and digital marketing. She has written and delivers accredited social media and digital marketing qualifications for City & Guilds as well as being a published author and public speaker.
