Counselling free to those aged 12 or more who are adjusting to life in the UK and who are experiencing mental or emotional distress. We work with individuals, couples and families from Oxfordshire. Children under 12 can be seen with a parent or other family member.
Mentoring may be useful for you if you need help with things like getting to know your area or the UK, Improving your English, Preparing for a job or accessing a course, Signing up with a doctor, dentist, school, college or another service.

Weekday from 9am – 12.30pm and booked appointments in the afternoons.
NHS GP practice for the homeless. 24 hour emergency GP medical cover is available to homeless people. The service also offers NHS dentistry, acupuncture and support for drug and alcohol problems.

If you have been affected by mental, social, emotional issues you can come and do some work and spend time in nature. We work in partnership with local charities and the NHS.

The Listening Centre
Low cost counselling service open to all adults who feel the need for someone to talk to. Staffed by volunteer team of qualified and student counsellors.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9.30 to 12.30 and Mondays to Thursdays 5.30-8.30pm. Call for an appointment.
