It’s no longer good enough just to do good work. We now need to be able to proof it and show it.
This practical session will look at how we can move away from playing a ‘numbers game’ and focus more on the outcomes and the difference our work makes. The session will look at tested ways of measuring the impact of what we do, how we can encourage people to take a longer term view and provide useful evidence for funders and commissioners.

It can be particularly stressful in small organisations that rely on cooperation and commonality of view. However, it can also have positive effects.
This workshop will focus on how conflict arises, what mechanisms are involved and how it might give rise to creative possibilities for change. Participants will practise using some basic tools and techniques to help achieve this in their work with clients and colleagues
