Do you struggle with Microsoft Excel? Would you like to gain skills on using spreadsheets and formulas to make your organisation more efficient?
This interactive and practical course introduces beginners to the software and explains how it can be used to enhance your work. This course is ideal for learners and refreshers as it covers all the basic elements of Excel in a practical, hand on format, allowing you time to practice the techniques in the session. By the end of the course, learners will be able to format a spreadsheet for printing, create charts, use basic functions effectively and start to analyse data.
Learners will leave with a USB drive containing a handout and exercises to practice outside the classroom.
What will I learn?

- Freeze rows / columns
- Prepare a spreadsheet for printing
- Use basic formulae
- Use SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT
- Use IF Statement
- Understand Absolute Values
- Use Conditional Formatting
