Sometimes it can be difficult to know where to start when it comes to trying to de-stress and unwind, even when we know we really should be doing something to help ourselves.

This short course will explore some of the causes of stress and anxiety. In a friendly and relaxed environment, we will share strategies and experiences and look at some new, as well as some familiar techniques to help you cope better and we will practise using these wellbeing techniques together.

We have a selection of activities to try – from mindful based ones and aromatherapy, to pressure point techniques, to reading and craft. The group will decide the direction of activities to create an individual course.

Come along and join us.
