Invitation: Sector Conference – Keeping Well, Keeping Happy

You are invited to our sector conference on Tuesday 24th October 2017.  This networking and information event is for anyone involved in the voluntary sector in Oxfordshire. The event is organised by OCVA and will focus on aspects of physical and mental wellbeing.

Who should attend?

Anyone who works in the voluntary sector in Oxfordshire.  Pre-booking is essential.

10.30 – 11.15 Table led discussion – speakers include:

11.15 – 11.30 Break and market place
11.30 – 12.30 Workshops including:

  • Safeguarding
  • Debt Advice

12.30 – 13.30 Lunch (BYO) – Kinetic demonstration
13.30 – 14.30 Workshops including

  • Building your resilience tool kit
  • Relaxation tips to manage stress and anxiety
  • Theatre for stress and relaxation (13th Theatre Company)
  • Singing for Serenity
14.30 – 15.00 Speakers include representatives from the following groups

  • One-Eighty
  • ARCh
  • Balsam Family Project
15.00 – 15.30 Plenary discussion led by Kathy Shaw

Cost: £5.00 for OCVA members (one representative per group) £15.00 for non members.  Not a member of OCVA?  Join here
