Hiring just takes three steps

  1. Check availability on our calendar
  2. Complete the OCVA booking request form
  3. Pay online

Step one: Check availability

Step two: Complete booking request

Submission is your confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions (at the bottom of the Google form)

If this request is approved, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to the venue for when you need it. This may involve borrowing a set of keys. (If so, there is a £30 deposit to pay for keys.)

Step 3: Pay Online

If the space looks to be available for when you want it, pay online. Remember: For bookings outside of office hours, or if you’d like to request a longer duration of booking, please call 01865 251946.
