All organisations have problems of our volunteers or service users engaging with us. The benefits of solving these problems are huge – yet often we find ourselves struggling to know where to begin. We need a way to do things differently.
This workshop will introduce you to a new straightforward process for solving such problems in the most efficient, effective way possible.
What will I learn?
By the end of this session you will:
● Learn the method of ‘Design Thinking’ for better problem solving
● Learn how Design Thinking can be applied to charities
● Work through a real example chosen from your organisation of your volunteers or service users’ engagement dropping off
● Develop realistic, small solutions to take forwards and test.
Benefits to you
You will leave the session with new knowledge and techniques for solving such problems in the most efficient, effective way possible.
