This course will use techniques and methods of time management to help organise your time . There will be discussion and exploration of traditional and trusted time management techniques as well as introduction and discussion around new apps and ideas. This will also include ideas for forming new, life-changing ideas to kick your time-wasting habits. There will be plenty of suggested reading and exercises along with the opportunity for you to share your favourite time-saving tricks. You will be expected to make a “take-home” pledge!

  • Understand the concepts behind using different techniques and new technology to help you prioritise and manage tasks and responsibilities
  • Know how to tackle procrastination
  • Understand how to incorporate time management techniques into daily life.
