Alan Lawrie is an established consultant specialising in strategy and business planning. He is the author of five books on different aspects of managing voluntary organisations. He has worked with several commissioners and voluntary agencies throughout the commissioning and bid writing process.
Staff involved in developing or drafting bids to larger funders/commissioners and governmental bodies.
A practical session packed with material to use in real life situations.
