As home and virtual working is becoming more popular it is now imperative for managers to develop their skills in engaging a remote workforce.

Attending this 2 part workshop will enable you to explore the evolving nature of team management by focusing on leading employees remotely.

Participants need to attend both sessions

This course will take place online using Zoom.

What will I learn?

During Session 1 you will:
  • Learn what needs to be done differently to manage teams remotely
  • Learn to identify how your style must be adapted to meet the needs of your team
During Session 2 you will:
  • Learn how support employee mental health and wellbeing remotely
  • Learn to adapt for effective remote management in the future

Trainer profile

Laurell Anne Hector is managing director of McManus HRD with over 20 years’ experience as an accomplished trainer, executive coach and learning specialist. Laurell’s work in private, public, and third sector organisations includes the design and execution of customized programs, developing impactful training solutions aimed at effecting change within both domestic and international markets. As a published author and a regularly pursued conference speaker and panel expert, Laurell believes that her role is to shape people for their future.
